Determinations

Under the Electoral Act, we can make determinations about how we will perform our responsibilities and obligations.

Determinations are rulings about the legislation that governs our activities and functions. Determinations can apply to certain situations, people, or entities.

This page has all determinations made by the Electoral Commissioner since 2018.
