Nepean District by-election
We are holding a by-election to elect a new member of Parliament for Nepean District after Sam Groth resigned on Friday 13 February.
We'll share all the by-election details once the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly issues the writ. The writ includes key dates like when nominations close and when election day will be.

Be ready to vote
Make sure you're enrolled and ready to vote. It's time to update your details if you have recently:
- moved into Nepean District
- moved out of Nepean District
- changed your name.
If you've recently turned 18 or become an Australian citizen and have lived in Nepean District for longer than a month, make sure you enrol to vote. You must enrol to vote within 21 days of becoming eligible to vote in Victoria.
