An extraordinary vacancy has arisen in Niddrie District. A by-election will be held to fill this vacancy.

To be eligible to vote in this by-election you must be correctly enrolled by 8.00 pm on Thursday, 1 March.

Voting is compulsory for all enrolled electors within Niddrie district.

A by-election for Mount Alexander Shire Council's Calder Ward will be held on 25 February 2012. This is a postal election.
